Follow these 5 steps to print labels via UPS

Instructions

     Click "Get Labels" button above & then hit “Continue” under ‘Quick Access Account Login’ on the next screen

     Once the page loads, type ONLY your AccuLab Account Number into the “Address Book” search field.

Then click the small ARROW to the right.

DO NOT ADD ANY OTHER INFO! Just the number, then the arrow

     Your “Shipping Information” will load automatically

     On the right, you can select the number of packages being sent

(If you're unsure of your Account number, contact AccuLab & we will provide it)

Small arrow example

     Click “Process Shipment” on the bottom of page to print shipping label(s)
(AccuLab will include return labels with each shipment.)

Request Shipping Label

Please enter the email address you'd like the shipping label sent to.

Labels are sent within 15 minutes when requested during business hours.

(Mon - Fri: 9AM - 5PM CST)


Please note that OUR LAB IS CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS, so labels will be issued once we reopen. Submitting multiple requests won't expedite the process, as only one label will be provided.

Please try to limit your requests to one label per day. If you have not yet received your first label, we kindly ask that you wait before submitting another request, as we may be assisting other clients or the lab is closed.
